The bungalow

Once inside the gate, a boardwalk paired with lush greenery guides you to a brick path that leads to our charming little Bungalow. Designed with intention and built for relaxation, we welcome you to our space where tension completely melts away.

What makes us different

Folly Beach Medispa is the only spa located on "The Edge of America", where advanced clinical results meet a warm, holistic beachside sanctuary. No cold medical office here, just a peaceful, healing environment designed for your ultimate wellness.

Appointments are required. We cannot guarantee walk in availability.

Carrah, licensed esthetician at Folly Beach Medi Spa

Carrah — Licensed Esthetician

With nearly 20 years of experience in esthetics, I've built my practice around one core belief: your skin deserves both science and care. At The Folly Beach Medi Spa, I combine advanced medical-grade treatments with a holistic philosophy — because real results come from treating the whole person, not just the surface.

I offer a full range of transformative services, including IPL Photofacial, Radio Frequency skin tightening, Chemical Peels, and Dermaplaning, alongside Holistic Facial Therapy using carefully curated organic skin care lines. Whether you're looking to address sun damage, fine lines, uneven texture, or simply want to reconnect with your skin in a more intentional way, I'll work with you to create a treatment plan that feels as good as it looks.
