We ask that you arrive a few minutes early so you can unwind before you begin your spa treatments. Because it’s important to us that your experience is an individual as you are, if there is anything we can do to make your visit with us more extraordinary, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Your service will always end at the scheduled time, so please notify us if you are running behind so we can make the necessary arrangements for your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be held with a credit card. A fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged if you cancel less than 24 hours, or 48 hours in advance of a group package.
