Late Arrivals

In the case that you may be late, please contact us ASAP via phone or text (843.408.2414) to notify your service provider. There is a 10 minute grace period, however, any time over 10 minutes will result in a shortened treatment without any refund. *Missed appointments with no notification are subject to 100% of the treatment cost.*

Cancellation

A credit card is required to reserve your treatment at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your spa service, please call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Same-day reservations may not be canceled unless the same time is scheduled with another guest. *Missed appointments with no notification are subject to 100% of the treatment cost. credit card is required to reserve your appointment at the time of booking.*

Preparation

Please fill out the forms sent to you prior to your appointment. Please refrain from any injections (botox and filler), prescription retinols, and facial tattooing at least 10 days prior to your facial or waxing.

*Texts and calls received after 6:00 PM Monday-Saturday will be returned the following business day after 9:00 AM. Texts and calls received on Sunday will be returned the following business day after 9:00 AM.

All offerings are subject to change. Due to high demand, we are unable to guarantee last-minute availability. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged. We recommend making your reservations 2-4 weeks in advance. Spa treatment times are considered requests until confirmed by our Spa Coordinator. Prior to your treatment and a credit card is required to reserve your reservation at the time of booking.
