Brow Lamination & Tint

By signing this agreement, I consent to having my brows laminated and tinted by Folly Beach Medi Spa. Although every precaution will be taken to ensure your safety and well-being before, during, and after your brow lamination, please be aware of the following information.  As part of the procedure, there are risks involved such as skin irritation, inflammation, and discomfort. I agree that if I experience any of these conditions that I will contact my technician and consult a phyician at my own expense if needed.  I understand that a brow lamination will perm and lift my natural brows and that depending on length and strength of natural brows, results may vary.

Aftercare Instructions:

It is extremely important to follow proper aftercare instructions. Not applying a nourishing oil daily to rehydrate the brows, there is a risk that the brow hairs will snap off or experience hair loss.I understand and agree to the aftercare instructions provided by the certified professional. I understand that if I do not follow proper aftercare that it may damage my natural eyelashes to which the lash technician is not responsible for.

  • Avoid sweat, chlorine, saunas & steam (heat) for 48 hours (These can accelerate the chemical procedure, causing the brows to potentially over process whilst they are still stabilizing for thefirst 48 hours!)

  • Avoid any cleansers, creams, peels, makeup & tan for 24-48 hours

  • Avoid sleeping on your side for 24 hours

  • Apply nourishing oil to the brows daily & style

  • Use only *oil-based makeup remover to remove eye makeup

Cancellations:  

  • I understand that my appointment time is reserved just for me. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in their day that could have been filled by another client. I understand that my esthetician requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to my appointment. I understand that I will be charged 50% of my scheduled service fee if I am unable to give 24 hours notice or no-show my appointment.

  • I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late to my appointment that it may need to be rescheduled. I also understand that if the technician is able to fit me in that my appointment may be shortened but I will be charged the full amount.
